Dr. Jamal Abbas, Secretary of the Party Branch at Damascus University, and Dr. Wael Mualla, President of Damascus University, attended the opening of an exhibition of students' art at the Faculty of Fine Arts entitled "A Salute to the Holidays of April." The two week long exhibition displays outstanding works from fourth year and graduate students . The exhibition features different media such as painting, sculpture, engraving, and photography and is composed of approximately 100 works of art highlighting the work carried out by students throughout the stages of their studies in the various sections of the college.The opening was attended by the Chairman of the sub-office of university teachers, a number of members of the leadership for the Party branch of the university, the dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, as well as a crowd of professors and students from the college.
