Start of the Practical Implementation Phase of the Training Plan at the Student Empowerment and Leadership Center

Director of the Student Empowerment and Leadership Center, Dr. Ahmed Kheder, held a meeting with a group of students who recently underwent a TOT- Training of Trainers course at the National Union of Syrian students. The meeting aimed at explaining the goals of the center, the action plan for the next stage, the mechanisms for developing these students’ skills and building their training capabilities during this stage, so they can be a key provider of the training process that will be launched soon at the center.

Dr. Kheder pointed out that engaging these students as assistant trainers in the training programs and workshops held at the Center contributes to refining their skills and building the personality of the trainer within them, stressing the need for trained students to contribute knowledge and experience transfer to their fellow students.

Director of the center also explained that these training workshops, whether related to general or personal skills, were approved based on a recent survey that aimed assessing the students' training needs to enter the labor market.
