Empowering Graduate Students in International Work: Seminar at the Faculty of Law

 

On the occasion of International J.e.r.u.s.a.l.e.m  Day, the Faculty of Law at Damascus University, in cooperation with the Arab University of the Nation and the National Union of Syrian Students, organized a seminar entitled "Empowering Graduate Students in International Work." The seminar took place in the virtual courtroom of the Faculty.

 

 

In a statement to journalists, Dr. Mohammed Tarakou, Deputy President for Administrative Affairs at Damascus University, affirmed that the university organized several events to celebrate J.e.r.u.s.a.l.e.m  Day, including this seminar at the Faculty of Law, in solidarity with our brothers in G.a.z.a.

 

He also mentioned the recent attack on the I.r.a.n.i.a.n c.o.n.s.u.l.a.t.e in Damascus, which constitutes a violation of all international treaties and agreements.

 

Dr. Sinan Ammar, Dean of the Faculty of Law, stressed the importance of commemorating International J.e.r.u.s.a.l.e.m Day to remind the world of what is happening to our people in P.a.l.e.s.t.i.n.e and the horrific crimes committed by the Z.i.o.n.i.s.t e.n.e.m.y.
