A Study on Adaptive Learning Systems: (ALS) and Their Impact on Higher Education through AI-Driven Curricula

In the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education, traditional pedagogical methods often fall short in meeting the diverse needs and learning styles of students.

In this context, a researcher from the Faculty of Education at the Damascus University participated in a scientific study with researchers from Arab and international universities on "Adaptive Learning Systems: Revolutionizing Higher Education through AI-Driven Curricula."

This paper advocates for a paradigm shift through the integration of Adaptive Learning Systems (ALS) empowered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) to revolutionize higher education curricula

Through this study, the limitations of traditional one-size-fits-all approaches can be overcome. Thus, through the proposed ALS, the capabilities of artificial intelligence can be harnessed to dynamically tailor educational content. Also, by leveraging machine learning algorithms, the system adapts to individual student profiles, leading to improved learning for each learner.

In conclusion, this paper advocates for the widespread adoption of AI-driven adaptive learning, offering a transformative path for higher education, fostering a dynamic, personalized, and effective learning environment for students of diverse backgrounds and aptitudes.
