An international workshop entitled “The Syrian Archive Between Past and Future” was held at Damascus University under the patronage of the Ministries of Higher Education and Culture, in cooperation with the Syrian Archive Preservation Initiative. The event brought together Syrian, Arab, and international scholars to examine the state of Syria’s archival heritage and its role in reconstructing national memory following decades of fragmentation and neglect.
