Damascus University and Ruaha Catholic University in Tanzania sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Develop Joint Scientific and Academic Cooperation

 Damascus University and Ruaha Catholic University in the United Republic of Tanzania have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing and developing scientific, academic, and research cooperation, and encouraging student and academic exchange between them. The agreement was signed via correspondence.

 

The memorandum includes cooperation in the exchange of faculty members, researchers, and students; organizing joint research and educational programs; as well as holding seminars, conferences, research projects, and other joint scientific activities. It also involves developing collaborative projects and joint research programs, as well as exchanging publications, scientific materials, educational papers, and available research information between the two universities.

 

According to the terms of the memorandum, both parties agree to sign executive programs to determine the mechanisms and details of implementing the memorandum according to their available capabilities. The two universities also commit to providing support to participants in the work programs by supplying them with the necessary information and facilities for cooperation and resolving issues related to joint activities in accordance with the laws in force in both countries.

 

The memorandum will be valid for five years and will automatically renew with the consent of both universities.
