Student Empowerment and Leadership Center Concludes a Training Program on "Preparing a Professional Trainer"

 

Student Empowerment and Leadership Center concluded the "Preparing a Professional Trainer" course, as part of its training program which aims at integrating students with disabilities, meeting their requirements and helping them achieve a positive impact in society.

 

This course aimed to enable trainers who possess the skills and passion for training to be able to transfer knowledge and experience, which contributes to promoting the concept of community integration of persons with disabilities, according to the director of the center, Dr. Ahmed Khader.

 

Dr. Khader explained that the trainees received over the 30-hour training course information on training needs analysis, how to prepare training material, in addition to techniques for giving presentations, communicating with the public, how to prepare targeted activities, effective training methods, managing the training process, evaluating training performance, building confidence with the trainees, in addition to building the personality of the trainer.
