First Scientific Forum for Modern Techniques in Dental Implants at the Faculty of Dentistry

Based on strengthening the role of the Faculty of Dentistry and keeping pace with all that is new, scientific activities continue in the faculty to realize the goal of Damascus University in serving society. In this context, the Office of Professional Practice organized the “First Scientific Forum for Modern Technologies in Dental Implants” with the participation of international professors and lecturers.

Dean of the Faculty of Dentistry, Dr. Khaldoun Darwish, confirmed that organizing the forum embodies the vision of Damascus University in linking the university with society as well as the Faculty of Dentistry’s commitment to organizing scientific events with the aim of continuing the process of learning for practicing doctors.

Dr. Darwish pointed out that the scientific forum is attended by a distinguished group of professors and lecturers with experience in the most modern topics and techniques in the science of dental implant, through an intensive and diverse scientific training program that provides the participants with the desired benefit.

Academic coordinator of the scientific forum, Dr. Mazen Al-Zinati, stated that the forum is concerned with applying modern technologies in dental implants which represent the true future of implants after universities around the world have gradually begun to abandon traditional methods of implant procedures and moved completely towards the digital workflow.
