Prof. Mayssa Sioufi is the head of the “Internationalization” Commission, and Dr Amira Nour is the member of the “Quality Assurance and Accreditation” Commission

The Regional Commission of Francophone Universities Rectors in the Middle East (C2RMO) announced the members names of its thematic commissions for the years 2024-2026.

Professor Mayssa Sioufi, the Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Damascus University in Syria (DU), was named chairman of the Internationalization Commission of C2RMO- AUF, and Dr Amira Nour, the Director of the Accreditation and Quality Assurance Office at Damascus University, was named a member of the Quality Assurance and Accreditation commission.


The Internationalization Committee aims to strengthen international cooperation, mobility, joint degrees programs and partnerships among the Commission member universities in the various academic fields, and the Quality Assurance and Accreditations Committee aims to promote the quality assurance culture in these universities, support it and develop its mechanisms.
