Center for Student Empowerment and Leadership: Phase Two of Listing Training Needs of Damascus University Students

The second stage of listing training needs of Damascus University students has begun through successive meetings with scientific and practical competencies, including faculty members and experts specialized in the field of job market training.

The second phase, said Dr. Ahmed Kheder, Director of the Center, was based on the opinion poll launched by the Center in order to assess students’ general and specialized training needs required for the job market- which precedes the analysis of the job market.

A meeting was held with Dean of the Education Faculty, and it was agreed to expand the discussion session to bring together faculty members and department heads in order to present the most important practical skills needed for graduates.
