Integrating students with disabilities into society, meeting their needs and helping them achieve a positive impact are among the most important goals of the Student Empowerment and Leadership Center during this stage, within the framework of its role in promoting inclusiveness and equality and achieving interaction and cooperation between students.

Dr. Ahmed Khader, Director of the Center explained that the Center will launch a training course on the thirteenth of this month, titled "Preparing a Professional Trainer" with the aim of empowering student trainers who have a passion for training and developing their skills to be able to transfer knowledge and experience in several fields, noting that 50% of the trainer participants are students with disabilities.

Regarding the aspects that the course will cover, Dr. Khader stated that the training includes analyzing training needs, presentation skills, preparing training material, effective training methods, in addition to managing the training process, evaluating training performance, developing communication skills, building confidence and influence, and practical applications. At the end of the training, trainees will receive valuable resources, practical experiences, immediate feedback from trainers, and a safe environment for designing training packages.
