The International Conference on Digital Transformation and its implications for Sustainable Development was held in Damascus University 27-29 May 2024, with Arab and international researchers and experts presenting their papers and talking about the experience of digital transformation in their countries: Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Algeria, Oman, Iran, India, the UK and Syria.
The Department of Philosophy at the Faculty of Arts and Human Sciences, Damascus University organized a scientific symposium entitled “Readings on Dr. Badi’ Al-Kassem’s Philosophical Experience” at the Conference Auditorium, which included a reading about the life and works of the late researcher, Dr. Badie Al-Kassem.
The International Scientific Conference on Digital Transformation and its Implications for Sustainable Development, organized by the Faculty of Economics at Damascus University, continued its proceedings for the second consecutive day. The conference included three scientific sessions in which researchers from inside and outside Syria presented a range of research papers on digitization as a strategic option for supporting financial inclusion, the role of e-governance in sustainable development, and digital economy and its impact on promoting economic growth.
The activities of the second day of the engineering scientific conference launched by the Faculty of Civil Engineering at Damascus University began today with the participation of local and international Arab and Foreign attendees.
